Kwaggasdrift Conservancy, near Pretoria, Guateng, South Africa

Game is abundant and visitors may travel about the conservancy on foot (there is no big 5 in the conservancy so this is safe to do) or in their own vehicles. There is no hunting on the conservancy. In the future it is intended to become part of the newly established Dinokeng Big Five Game Reserve. The property enjoys an extensive braai area, with wide ranging views over the savannah.

The Lodge comprises the original farmstead on the conservancy area (this is not for rent as its used by the owners), plus two out buildings, comprising the two rental units for 'self catering' which can be used individually or jointly to accommodate groups of two to twelve.

Kwaggas View Game Lodge is situated within the 1200 hectare area of Kwaggas Drift Conservancy Private Game Reserve, located 40km North East of Pretoria, just 1.25 hours drive north from Johannesberg International Airport.

If you want to escape from the hussle and bussle or normal life, whether as a weekend retreat or as part of an international holiday, Kawaggasview can offer that flexibility. Once on site you are in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by game. Fall asleep at night to the singing of the jackal, stroll around the veld by day in safety, walking with the giraffe, zebra and other game. Go game viewing in the morning, laze by the private pool in the afternoon then enjoy a sun downer and braai (BBQ), watching the game graze and listening to the jackal call.
